Resume MakeOver is a Canadian organization servicing clients primarily in the K-W area and surrounding region. We specialise in clients who are looking for a career change, aspiring for a promotion, going through job loss or wish to update their existing portfolio. We also welcome students and clients in any sector and offer professional and strategic resume and cover letter writing, work search, interview strategies, and career coaching services.

Pam Martin is the founder of Resume MakeOver and is a highly skilled career coach who explores a client’s background and qualifications and applies them to the world of work. Her professional background includes twenty five years of working in an educational environment, mainly in the career development field.  During her work in this field, she critiqued numerous resumes and cover letters and successfully advised clients on effective work search strategies.  Her career was distinguished by the excellent client feedback thanking her for her work, advice and expertise that led them to successful employment in their field.
